fresh ideas….

faceted glass crystals

These gems are just in from Milton Adler! We fell in love with these handmade glass beads because they look like bits of sparkling chandelier strung on wires. Each gem is multi-faceted and catches and reflects every bit of light. These beads are hand strung on a ten inch twisted surgical steel wire (they take two weeks to make!) which makes them safe to use with food (perfect on cakes!!). Needless to say these are our newest love when it comes to wedding bling. Available in three styles: single crystal (also available in smoke), stacked crystal or hanging stacked crystal. Starting at $6.95 / six, these are a fun way to make your weddings sparkle!

rave of the week…………………..……………………………

we          bunting

We’ve been spotting this festive trend all over the place! Great for weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties or a display in your studio (you may have seen them once upon a time in a nursery).

Whether your bunting is shaped in traditional triangles like this recent post on Once Wed or lacy cutouts inspired by Mexican - American heritage (click on the photo to view the post!), there’s nothing more celebratory than fluttering flags.

If you’re crafty like us, stitch some bunting and use it for wedding rentals (remember our chat about installation weddings?)! Or try some out of paper for the bride on a budget. Either way you and your shop will get style points for being in the know!
